Thank you for shopping at TravelStamps.com. We now ship our products throughout the United States and Internationally.  All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Our shipping and handling fees for Domestic (U.S.) Orders are referenced below and are based on the dollar value of the merchandise you purchased:

$.01 to $2.99 = $1.00
$3.00 to $8.97 = $2.00
$8.98 to $39.97 = $3.00
$39.98 to $199.90 = $4.00
$199.91 to $319.84 = $14.00
$319.85 to $499.99 = $19.00

Please contact us for orders over $500 as we may be able to offer bulk rates on the products and shipping. Our Travel Stamps books make great “corporate gifts” for your employees, vendors or customers.

Our shipping and handling fees for International Orders are referenced below and are based on the dollar value of the merchandise you purchased:

$2.99 to $14.99 = $2.50
$15.00 to $29.99 = $4.00
$30.00 to $59.99 = $8.00
$60.00 to $89.99 = $12.00
$90.00 to $119.99 = $16.00
$120.00 to $149.99 = $20.00
$150.00 to $179.99 = $24.00
$180.00 to $209.99 = $28.00
$210.00 to $239.99 = $32.00

*** In addition to the shipping charges above - a single "International Shipping Surcharge" of $15.00 will be added to any international orders that contain 1 or more copies of the "U.S. National Park Travel Stamps Album & Guide".  Please contact us for international orders over $240.00.

We do everything in our power to send you only the highest quality products in the quantities you requested. Products can occasionally be damaged in shipping or we might accidently short your order or pull the wrong item for your order. Should one of these situations occur, please give us a call or email us within five days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right. All returns require an authorization number. Please email us at orders@travelstamps.com and provide us with a short explanation as to the reason for your return. We will then email you an authorization number and an address for you to send the product(s) back to us. All returns will be prepaid by the customer. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. All returns should be handled within 30 days of purchase and will require an original sales receipt. Refunded amounts will be for merchandise only (all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).  

Non-deliverable Shipments:
We are unable to provide guidance to the Postal Service on where to leave your shipment(s). TravelStamps.com is not responsible for returned or unclaimed shipments. Customers who have shipments returned to our office as non-deliverable will be notified and have 14 days to redirect their shipment.  

Privacy Policy:
The security of your personal information is very important to us. The personal information you provide is maintained in our private files on a secure web server. We will never share, sell, trade or rent your personal information to other parties. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information or log files when required by law. All orders placed through TravelStamps.com are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal payment information is safe. In order to process your purchase using SSL technology, you must use an SSL enable browser.

To enhance your Travel Stamps experience, we provide links to other websites that we deem valuable enough to share with our customers. These websites have their own privacy policies that you may wish to review. TravelStamps.com is not responsible for these websites, their use of information or their privacy policies. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to our privacy policy at any time. We will post any changes to the website.
